This master class is designed to guide you through fear, inhibitions and essential technical keys to awaken your creativity and connection to dance. Utilizing elements of breath work, Yogic Philosophy, play, guided movement meditations, Cypher Rites and ancient foundations of Capoeira and Afro dance this workshop will guide you to explore dance as medicine.
