Workshops will be 1 hour of movement, breathing, examination of structure and how relaxation can improve performance. We will do solo work, partner work, and group work. No previous martial arts experience is necessary and no physical level is too high or to low. Classes will be enjoyable, not overly exerting, and appropriate for ages 8 and up. We will look at how this glorious art can be a positive influence in every aspect of our lives, and how we can use it to better the world we live in.
